anti-fascism

note: i wrote this on 22/1/25, after the donald trump inauguration where elon literally did a nazi salute.

politically, i'm kind of an anarchist. or idk, very far left. i've been learning a lot about anti-fascism, and something I think everyone should familiarise themselves with is Dr Lawrence Britt's 14 identifying characteristics of fascism (accessible here). after the first day of trump's second term, i thought "holy fuck, i need to look this up", and the realisation i then had was terrifying.

Like, who can read the description of number 5 and not go "oh fuck we've elected a fascist"??
